The Fund was formed completely on July 22, 2010.

Management company license for management of investment funds, mutual funds and non-governmental pension funds No. 21-000-1-00798 issued on March 15, 2011 by the Federal Financial Market Service.

The fund trust management contract expires on June 9, 2025.

The objective of the management company’s investment policy is gaining income while investing the assets composing the fund into real estate objects for their subsequent resale and/or for lease or sublease.
