OAO Lengiprotrans is a leader on the design market. The company has gained wide experience and a large database of rail transport facilities designed and built, unique experience in design of new railways, secondary main tracks, railway electrification, and construction of different railway transport structures. The company has its own survey equipment.

RWM Investment Group helped to develop and implement the 2007-2009 development strategy for OAO Lengiprotrans and outlined the steps for its fulfillment which led to:
- Considerable growth of EAD services in 2008 (96.4%) compared with 2007 figures
- Net profit growth in 2008 (79.08%) compared with 2007 figures
- Improved quality of the work performed
- Decrease in surveying times due to modern technologies, state-of-the-art equipment and industrial support.
