Office premises section B – one of four towers of a new class A business center located near the town of Myakinino, Krasnogorsky District, Moscow Region, MKAD 65-66 km.
The total area owned is about 17845 square meters and 250 parking places at ground-level car park nearby.
The Myakinino business center is part of an administrative complex of the Moscow Regional Government. The office center consists of a quadrangle with 4 twelve-story towers and a courtyard. The offices are open space. Cafes and all kinds of shops and services are planned on the lower floors.
Commencement of the project
In November 2007, ZAO RWM Capital Asset Management Company bought the project as part of the assets of the Delovaya Nedvizhimost Fund.

The business center, with its up-to-date architecture, quality of work and well-thought out design solutions, is well located in west of MKAD, between Moscow and Krasnogorsk, in a district with well-developed infrastructure.
