OAO Tver Carriage Works is Russias largest factory producing various types of main line passenger cars. The company consists of a design institute, a preproduction plant, a test center and a factory producing railcar, which allow the company to fulfill any tasks in the field of railway coach manufacturing, from ideas to full-scale production.

- The factory is Russia’s largest manufacturer of various types of rail cars.
- In future, the company will become a market leader in railway coach manufacturing.

- A system of corporate governance, guaranteeing managers’ responsibility and business transparency was built in the company
- RWM Investment Group helped to develop and approve a Development Strategy for TVZ
- The company’s investment program to 2015 was developed and approved. The program sets forth the structure of long-term investments and feasibility reports for them. The strategy assumes that TVZ will keep its leading position as railway coach manufacturer.
- The production of modern railway coaches with new technical characteristics similar to foreign coaches (“New Carriage” project)
