Felix Blinov

Felix Blinov has directed RWM Investment Group since the company was set up; due to his efforts a dynamically developing professional team has been created. He holds the position of Chairman of the Board of RWM Capital Asset Management Company; he is a member of the Board of Directors of RWM Investment Group, Tver Carriage Works, Russian Railways Trading Company, Lengiprotrans, Roszheldorproekt and ChEK.SU.VK, he heads the Strategy, Personnel and Compensation Committee, of Lengiprotrans.

From 1996 to 2006 Felix Blinov was employed in the banking sector. As the Vice-President of AKB Eurofinance Mosnarbank he was responsible for key corporate client accounts. Holding the position of the Vice-President of TRUST Bank, he headed the Severo-Zapadny Regional Center.

In 1993 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Economics and Sociology. In 2007 he obtained an International Executive MBA. Felix Blinov is a member of the

Association of Managers. He is also a member of the Association of Independent Directors.
