Olga Popova

Olga Popova has managed the Human Resources Department at RWM Investment Group since July 2008 and is a Member of the Strategy, Personnel and Compensation Committee of Lengiprotrans.

In 2007-2008 Olga Popova performed the duties of Director for Human Resources at Unicor Management Company and ROSSIYSKIY KREDIT Bank. From 2002 to 2007 Olga held management positions in the departments of personnel selection and adaptation at such companies as OOO United Machine Building Works, IFD Kapital, and Guta Group.

In 1995 Olga Popova graduated from Moscow State (V.I. Lenin) Pedagogical University as a Consulting Psychologist. In 2003 she completed the “Human Resources Management and Personnel Analysis” training course at the International Business School (MIRBIS); In 2007 she completed the SHL Consulting training course on development and realization of assessment centers.
